Bali- The Land of Love

I am just back from an amazing trip in Bali. We had a nine days long holidays on Eid-Ul-Fitr this year and planned the Bali trip as soon as the holidays were declared. It was easier for us to arrange the trip in a short time as Bangladeshi citizens do not need visa to get access to Indonesia.

We stayed in the island for three days and spent two more days on journey. As there is no direct flight from Dhaka to Bali, we had to choose a transit in Kuala Lampur. The one way journey was of twelve hours including transit stays.

We had a booking at Legian Paradiso Hotel located in Legian. I would like to write a review on this hotel in a different post.

Bali in abundant in natural beauty and rich in culture. If you enjoy walking, you can roam around the city on your feet and I am quite sure you will find many interesting things to enjoy. Most of the roads have souvenir shops, many types of restaurants and spas on both sides of them. So you can window shop and take smooties while walking. Take a Balinese Spa when you tired out. For food, try the local sea fishes specially Red Snapper as it tastes real good when grilled.

The island has many beach options. A few to name are Kuta beach, Dreamland beach, Pandawa beach. My personal favourite is the Pandawa beach with white sands. It takes almost an hour by car to reach the beach from Denpasar central areas.
