Ingredients
- Ripe Strawberry – 1 kg
- Green Apple – 2
- Lemon Juice- 2 teaspoon
- Sugar – 2 cups (Can be added or reduced as per your taste)
Making Process:
- Cut the strawberries into pieces and blend with sugar until it creates a semi solid paste.
- Cut the apple into pieces and blend them until all the pieces are mashed.
- Cook the apple in a non-stick sauce pan for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Now add the strawberry paste with the apple paste and cook for 10 minutes.
- Let the jam cool.
- Pour in jars and refrigerate. The jam can be stored in refrigerator for 7 days and in fridge for 1 month.
